Hope you are all having a nice long weekend. I am home so I intend to sew and sort out the last two borders on my Marriage quilt.
Its been great fun choosing fabrics for the new whimsical wool quilt nothing like retail therapy. I noticed Cottage Quilt Works has some lovely wool squares for the quilt have a look at their blog.
I also bought a great book by Sue Spargo called creative stitches which has fantastic instructions for embellishing the wool pieces.
We will be starting the quilt in August so you have plenty of time to gather the fabric.
Here we are destroying Patchwork Plus finding just the right fabric.
